Care plans (one-time purchases)
In addition to project work, we offer Care Plans — ongoing maintenance of a website we host or support. Three tiers are available (Basic Care, Pro Care, VIP Care), each for a period of 1, 3 or 12 months. The scope of each tier and the response time are as published in the Care Plans section at the time of purchase.
Payment. Care Plans are paid in advance for the whole chosen period, by card, on our checkout at checkout.lettoniadigitalsystems.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store card details.
Nothing renews automatically. A Care Plan covers exactly the period purchased and then ends — there is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. We contact you before the period ends so you can decide whether to continue.
Work allowance. The hours included in a tier are per calendar month and are not cumulative — unused hours do not carry over. Work beyond the allowance is agreed separately in writing before it is carried out.
What a Care Plan is not. It is maintenance of an existing website, not a new build, and it does not include third-party costs such as hosting, domains or paid plugins.
Refunds. Care Plans follow our Refund policy: you may request a refund within 30 days, and where work under the plan has already been carried out we refund the unused part of the period on a pro-rata basis.
